SEA Business Policy Regarding Returns and Cancellations:

Software and Engineering Associates, Inc. (SEA) sells engineering design software. All of our software excluding CEQUEL is sold with a money back guarantee.

Customers can request a time-limited demonstration copy of our CEQUEL program for evaluation programs. Once a purchase of CEQUEL has been executed, we do not allow for returns or cancellations.

SEA Customer Privacy Policy:

SEA does not share or sell customer information.

SEA Delivery Policy:

SEA takes orders by phone, and delivers the software on CDROM. We are working toward an online ordering system for Cequel^TM.

Approval from the U.S. Department of State Office of Defense Trade Controls must be obtained before any of SEA's codes can be exported.

This approval process typically takes 90 to 120 days.
